GENERAL:

When you place an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG:27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. The shipping costs for product delivery will be borne by the buyers.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT COST IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the cost of the purchased product or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons, and the cost of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the related bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If unforeseen circumstances prevent the seller from delivering the product on time, the buyer will be informed. If the buyer cancels the order before it is dispatched, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if the payment was made in cash. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product cost will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Returns and exchanges are not available unless the product is broken or has a defect on the day of delivery. Please check the package upon delivery and notify us of any issues.

No returns or exchanges will be made if the issue is not reported to us on the day of delivery. For hygienic reasons, products that have been tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the specified conditions, the shipping cost for return or exchange will be borne by the buyer. The return shipping fee is 150 TL, and the exchange shipping fee is 250 TL.
